A lease entitles the leasee to exclusive use of one of our horses. Leasee covers all bills associated with the
horse (ie, board, vet, blacksmith). Horse may be taken off property for horse shows at no extra cost (does not include
shipping). Annual lease fees vary per horse.
What is half-board?
Half-board allows a rider extra riding time outside of lessons. Half-board includes two non-lesson rides
a week. The rider is NOT responsible for vet, blacksmith, etc. Basic half-board ($285/month) does NOT include
the use of horse at horse shows. Showing Half-board ($325/month) includes all of the above, but also includes use of
the horse at horse shows. Lessons and shipping are extra.
The following horses are available for on-farm leases or half-board only.
Merlin - 20 something 16hh Grey Gelding. A super nice horse that is fun to
ride! He has shown us that he has quite the dressage training, at least through Prix St. George. Merlin has
also proven to be reliable to the jumps and LOVES to jump! Don't let his age fool you, he has plenty of spunk! Kind,
sweet, quiet, and gentle, he can do it all! Super nice mover, auto lead changes and a real eye-catcher.
Let him teach you all he knows! Available for lease ($1200 annually)or half-board.

Chance - "Dream Melody" 23 year young 14 hh Chestnut Appendix QH Gelding - Chance
is a very typey pony that has previously shown successfully on the ECSJ and 4-H circuits in Pony Hunters and Pleasure; just
recently ending 2008 as Short Stirrup Reserve Champion in the Field of Dreams Series.
Snickers - 18yo 12.hh Thelwell pony! Snickers is the embodiment of Thelwell.
He can be tough, but when his rider gets it right, he does too! A great teacher and fun to ride. Snickers w/t/c,
will get your child started over jumps and going to the shows. Available for lease ($1200 annually) or half-board.
Dollar - 15.3hh 11yo Chestnut Gelding. Dollar has the athleticism, movement,
and ability to take his rider where ever they want to go! You could do the hunters, equitation or even the jumpers as
this horse can turn on a dime and jump clean. Available for sale, lease ($5000 annually) or half-board.
Angel - 12 year old 15.1hh Solid Paint Mare - Angel is the perfect weekend pleasure
horse! She's the same everyday, whether worked recently or not. A pleasure to ride outside of the ring, she will
go anywhere and everywhere you ask her! Nice smooth gaits, and a short but big bodied build, Angel is a comfortable
fit for anyone! Has done judged trail rides and hunter paces with success. Also solid and reliable in the ring,
will jump anything you point her at. Available for lease ($1200 annually) or half-board.
Teddy - 14.3 hh 30+ Quarter Horse gelding - They don't make them ANY safer than
this gentleman! The perfect choice for the young rider starting to venture out on their own, Teddy will babysit until
the cows come home! Available for lease ($1200 annually) or half-board.
Sherman - 20 something 16.1hh Draft-cross Gelding - Ok, so I said they don't make
them any safer than Teddy, that's true, but Sherman is his equal! Sherman takes care of his rider and makes sure they
stay on his back. A walk/trot horse, Sherman is perfect for the adult looking for more saddle time. Sherman is
wonderful in or out of the ring (with just a *bit* more spunk out of the ring). Available for half-board only.
Sport - 24 year old 15hh Quarter Horse gelding - When we say "everyone loves Sport"
it's the truth! Sport would let you brush his face all day if you wanted, he loves the attention. Sport has a
smooth easy trot that's easy to learn on. He will also safely teach you how to canter. He loves to ride out of
the ring and will reliably take you all over property. Available for half-board only.
